摘要
目的探讨依地酸二钠钙联合水溶性维生素对职业性铅中毒患者血清T淋巴细胞及氧化应激的影响。方法选取职业性铅中毒患者140例,随机分为对照组70例,予以水溶性维生素治疗,研究组70例在对照组基础上予以依地酸二钠钙联合治疗。比较2组T淋巴细胞亚群CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_8^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+活性;比较2组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平、尿铅、血铅浓度;比较2组临床疗效及不良反应。结果对照组治疗有效率75.61%,显著低于研究组的92.86%(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组患者CD_4^+活性较低,CD_8^+活性较高,CD_4^+/CD_8^+较低,SOD、MDA水平较高,尿铅浓度、血铅浓度较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依地酸二钠钙联合水溶性维生素能有效改善职业性铅中毒患者血清T淋巴细胞及氧化应激,降低尿铅浓度、血铅浓度。
Objective To investigate the effects of calcium disodium and water-soluble vitarains on serum T lymphocytes and oxidative stress in patients with occupational lead poisoning, Methods A total of 140 occupational lead poisoning patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group with 70 cases treated by water soluble vitamins and study group with 70 cases treated with calcium disodium on the basis of the control group. The CD3^+ , CD4^+ and CD8^+ activity of T lymphocytes subsets were compared, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels, and lead concentration in urine and blood were determined. Meanwhile, the clinical outcomes and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the study group (75.61% vs. 92.86% , P 〈0.05). Compared with the control group, the patients in the study group had lower CD4^+ activity, higher CD8^+ activity, lower CD4^+/CD8^+ ctivity, higher levels of SOD and MDA, and lower lead concentrations in urine and blood, and the differences were statistically significant( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Calcium disodium and water-soluble vitamins can effectively improve the level of serum T lymphocytes and oxidative stress, decrease the concentration of lead in urine and blood.
