摘要
选用《中国中小学生积极心理品质量表》对实施团体辅导的实验班级学生和未实施团体辅导的对照班级学生进行测量,并根据测量结果进行分析,发现:前测时,实验班级和对照班级除"审美因子"外其他23项因子均无显著差异;实施团体辅导后,实验班学生各项积极心理品质的得分都有不同程度的提高,其中"友善""宽恕""爱学习"等得分提高显著;对照班级学生前后测积极心理品质无显著变化。由此可见,团体辅导对青少年积极心理品质的培育有一定效用的,且其效用与辅导内容直接相关。团体辅导还是一种学生喜欢且容易接纳的教育方式。
The Chinese Elementary and Middle School Students Positive Psychological Quality Scale has been selected to carry on the comparative measure about the students who received the group counseling and not receive the group counseling. The results showed that before the experiment test, there is significant difference in aesthetic factor between the experimental class and the contrast class, and there is no significant difference in other 23 factors. After the group counseling, the scores of the psychological quality of the students of experimental class have somewhat improved, among which the scores of "friendly", "forgiveness", "love learning" are improved significantly and there is no significant difference in the students of contrast class. Therefore, the group counseling for young people to cultivate a positive mental quality has a certain effect, the group counseling adolescent mental effect on the quality and content of counseling are directly related and the group counseling is an educa- tion method easily accepted by the students.
