Contradiction and Outlet:Discussion on Development of Chinese National Culture

中华民族文化在发展过程中因西化走向出现了一系列的矛盾与问题:传统与现实的不相融;工具理性的高涨与人文精神失落的对比;文化的民族特性与文化发展的时代性、世界性的矛盾。问题决定发展路向,中华民族文化的发展出路必然指向"民族的、现代的、社会主义的文化"。

During the development of Chinese national culture, a series of conflicts and problems appeared because of the west- ernized trend, such as the incompatibility of traditions and realities, the contrast of the upsurge of instrumental reason and the loss of the humanism, the contradictions between the culture national characteristic and the epochal and cosmopolitan charac- teristics. Problems decide the direction of development. The way of the development of Chinese national culture will inevitably direct to the modern ethical and socialistic culture.
