多重RT-PCR快速检测东南沿海城市生食水产品中致病菌污染状况 被引量:4

摘要 为实现生食水产品中致病菌的快速、定量检测,构建了副溶血性弧菌及单增李斯特菌的多重RT-PCR体系。对东南沿海地区的92份生食水产品样品进行检测,并同国标方法进行比对,同时对检测结果的变化趋势进行分析。快速检测结果在36 h后得到,国标方法的结果在3-5 d后得到;经过比对,二者检出率相同,致病菌总体检出率为41.30%:其中副溶血性弧菌检出率为39.13%,单增李斯特菌检出率为20.65%。比对结果表明多重RT-PCR方法具有快速、灵敏、特异性强的优点;对检出率的分析表明东南沿海地区生食水产品中致病菌污染情况较为严重,相关部门应加强管理及控制。 A multiple real time polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) system was developed to detect Vibrio parahemolyticus and Listeria monocytogenes in raw seafood quickly and quantitatively. 92 samples of raw seafood which were sampled in the southeast coastal city of China were tested and compared with standard methods,then analysis detectable rate variation tendency in time. The rapid test results were obtained 36 h later and standard methods test results were obtained 3-5 d later,both of the two methods had same detectable rate. The total detectable rate of pathogens was 41.30%,and the detectable rate of Vibrio parahemolyticus and Listeria monocytogenes were 39.13% and 20.65%. The comparison results showed that multiple RT-PCR method is rapid,sensitive and specific. The investigation results showed that pathogens pollution in raw seafood in the southeast coastal city was relatively serious,and the relevant departments should strengthen the management.
