摘要 为满足桥塞耐高压高温的井下环境、易钻性以及钻屑完全返出井口的要求,研制开发了全复合材料高性能桥塞。该桥塞使用高强度低密度的复合树脂材料,设计了独特的桥塞密封机构和防突装置,并进行了系统的室内材料性能实验和桥塞整体性能测试,可耐压差为70MPa,耐温为120℃。通过多次现场应用,桥塞的实用性能得到了验证,能够满足现场施工要求。同时,现场应用情况表明,桥塞有很好的易钻性能,能够大幅提高现场施工效率,节省施工费用。该桥塞的研制与应用对非常规油气藏的高效开发具有重要意义。 In order to meet requirements for plugs including high pressure high temperature downhole environment, drillability and full return of cuttings to wellhead, a new bridge plug with excellent performance made by composite materials is developed. This bridge plug uses composite resin materials of high strength and high density, with unique sealing mechanisms and outburst prevention device. Systematic laboratory material performance testing and bridge plug integrated performance testing were conducted and showed the pressure difference resistance was 70 MPa and temperature resistance was 120 ~C. Many field applications verified the actual performance of this bridge plug and that the plug met field operation requirement. Moreover, the field application showed that the bridge plug had good drillability, improved field operation efficiency significantly and saved operation cost. The development and application of this bridge plug is important to the efficient development of unconventional reservoirs.
