摘要
本文对"固态电子器件"课程进行了教学改革探索与实践。通过强化本课程的知识体系,探索将教学与课堂实验展示相结合,将教学与教师科研相结合,灵活应用"启发式"、"案例式"等多种教学手段,充分调动学生的学习积极性和主动性,培养学生创新性思维的能力以及分析问题和解决问题的能力,全面提升学生的综合素质。
This paper mainly focuses on exploration and practice of teaching reform of Solid-State Electronic De- vices course. By combining teaching with experimental exhibition in the class, combining teaching with the teacher' s academic research and combining heuristic teaching method with case teaching method, it is practically proved that these methods are effective to make students learn more actively and positively. In addition, these methods are also helpful to improve the students' ability of creative thinking and their ability of analyzing and solving concrete problems. This work is valuable and useful to fully improve students' comprehensive quality.
