摘要
本文介绍我院校企共建的"电子产品校内生产性实训基地"的建设实践,从保障机制、激励机制、制约机制和协同机制四个方面完善长效机制建设,推进"校企合作,工学结合"稳定持续发展,形成学校、企业、教师和学生"四方共赢"的良好局面。
Productive training base constructed by cooperation improve students' professional ability and cultivate double between college and enterprise is an effective way to qualified teachers. Combined with the construction prac- tice of electronic products productive training base in our colleage, we improve the long term effective mechanism construction by enhancing safeguard mechanism, incentive mechanism, restraint mechanism and coordination mechanism to promote the development of college enterprise cooperation and working-study combination stably and sustainably, which will be helpful to form an all-win situation among the enterprise, the vocational college, its teachers and students.
