耐热改性剂1,2-双(马来酰亚胺基)乙烷合成工艺研究

摘要 研究了以顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)和1,2-乙二胺为主要原料,在复合催化剂和可回收溶剂作用下脱水闭环一步法合成1,2-双(马来酰亚胺基)乙烷(BMIE)的工艺。结果表明:异丙醇作为反应溶剂时初熔点194.2℃,收率84.24%,外观为白色晶体;固液比为1∶4的合成工艺,目标产物初熔点达到194.6℃,收率为87.56%;母液在全部反应溶剂中含量为60%时,目标产物质量比较稳定,收率保持在82%左右,可以使反应体系较好进行。 :The process of synthesis of 1,2 - bis (maleimide) ethane is studied by dehydration closed loop one - step method with maleic anhydride two (MA) and 1,2 - ethylenediamine as main raw materi- als, under the action of composite catalyst and recyclable solvent. The results show that the initial melting point is 194.2 ℃ for isopropanol as reaction solvent,the yield is 84.24% ,the appearance is white crys- tal, synthesis process with solid -liquid ratio is 1 : 4, the target product at the beginning of melting point reaches 194.6 %, the yield is 87.56%, the mother liquor content in all reaction solvent is 60%, the product quality is relatively stable,the yield remains about 82%. The reaction system can be carried out well.
