大采高综采工作面回收两巷顶煤可行性研究 被引量:2

摘要 在矿山开采过程中,受采煤工艺、技术以及矿山机械设备等因素的影响,对于回采高度大于综采工作面进风巷、回风巷高度的厚及特厚煤层综采工作面来说,两巷顶煤基本不进行回收。以某矿7m大采高综采工作面为研究对象,研究两巷顶煤回收技术,通过矿山设备改造及工艺优化提出两巷顶煤回收的方案。结果表明:回风巷顶煤较进风巷顶煤容易回收,并提出两种回风巷顶煤回收的方案,在该综采工作面回采过程中实现了回风巷顶煤部分回收技术,回收巷道顶煤宽×高为3.5m×2.5m,证明了两巷顶煤回收的可行性。 In the process of mining technology, the mining height is larger than that of the fully mechanized coal mining face, the height of thereturn airway and the thick coal seam fully mechanized coal mining face is affected by factors such as coal mining technology, mining technol-ogy and mining machinery and equipment. Said that the two top coal did not carry out the basic recovery. This paper studies the mining tech-nology of top coal in 7m mining and heavy mining area, and studies the recovery technology of top coal by means of mine equipment transfor-mation and process optimization. The results show that the top coal in the return air is easier to recover than the top coal in the inlet tunnel, andthe scheme of the top coal recovery is put forward. The recovery technology of the top coal part of the return airway is realized in the miningprocess, The top coal width and height of the roadway are 3.5m x 2.5m, which proves the feasibility of the top coal recovery.
