摘要
针对斜沟煤矿12采区掘进巷道长、瓦斯涌出量大且不稳定的特点,研究开发出了一套局部同风机用双电源双变频调速器。该变频调速器由左、右两套相对独立的变频控制系统和双机切换控制系统组成,左、右机两套变频控制系统都采用与单变频控制系统相同的系统,实现相同的控制功能。该调速器具备局部通风机单双日自动切换、自动调速、自动排瓦斯、风电闭锁、瓦斯电闭锁、远程监控等功能,有效地改善了掘进工作面工作环境,优化了通风系统,提高了矿井通风安全,并具有良好的节能效果。
According to the long excavation roadway, large gas emission quantity and unstable characteristics of Xiegou Coal Mine 12 miningarea, developed a set of local ventilator with dual power supply and double frequency converter. This frequency converter is composed of leftand right two sets of relatively independent variable frequency control system and double machine switch control system. The left and rightmachines use the same systems with the single variable frequency control system, to achieve the same control function. The FrequencyConverter has the local ventilator single and double automatic switching, automatic speed controlling, automatic exhaust gas, the windelectricity closed, gas power interlocking and remote monitoring functions, effectively improve the working environment of excavation roadway,optimize ventilation system, improve mine ventilation safety, and has a good energy saving effect.
