摘要
通过分析皮带机在运行过程中出现的跑偏现象,得出皮带在运行过程中横向受力不平衡是产生该现象的根源。通过保证驱动和张紧两滚筒轴线间平行度、采用鼓形滚筒、加装倾斜挡板可有效防止小型皮带机跑偏;大型皮带机除采用上述措施外,可通过安装变频电机实现自动纠偏。
Through the analysis of belt conveyor in running in the process of running deviation phenomenon, it is concluded that the belt in theprocess of running the transverse stress imbalance is the root causes of this phenomenon. By ensuring that drive and tension between the tworoller axis parallelism, the drum drum, adding tilted baffle can effectively prevent the small belt conveyor running wide; A large belt conveyorin addition to adopt these measures, it can be installed by frequency conversion motor to realize automatic correction.
