甜菜核心种质构建研究

Construction of Core Germplasm of Sugar Beet

为了很好的解决由于甜菜种质资源数量增多、遗传变异类型丰富而造成的在研究、鉴定、保存及利用过程中工作难度增加这一问题,本研究依据其他作物种质资源核心种质的构建方法,总结了甜菜核心种质构建中数据的收集整理及补充的方法、甜菜核心种质构建的取样策略、甜菜核心种质有效性评价及甜菜核心种质构建步骤。提出了甜菜在核心种质构建中遇到的问题,指出甜菜核心种质构建的复杂性同时提出完善甜菜种质资源数据的必要性。

To solve the problems in the research, identification, preservation and utilization of sugar beet germplasmresources due to the increase of germplasm resources and abundant genetic variation types, based on constructionmethods of core germplasm of other crops, the methods of data collecting and supplementing, the sampling strategy, theeffective evaluation means and the construction steps were summarized. At the same time, the problems in theconstruction process of beet core germplasm were put forward, and the complexity of the construction and the necessity ofimproving the data of sugar beet germplasm resources were pointed out.
