高职学生管理及评价体系的探索与实践——以辽宁建筑职业学院工程管理系为例

摘要 建筑类高职教育培养的是面向建设行业第一线高素质技能型人才。这就要求在教育教学及管理的过程中紧密联系社会经济和生产、建设、服务与管理的实际,围绕立德树人这一根本任务,建立以职业能力为本位,促进学生职业习惯养成,提升学生职业素养为特色的育人模式。在这一教育培养过程中,要特别注重学生的职业道德和诚信品质、敬业精神和责任意识及遵纪守法意识的培养。在教育管理中,要强化学生的职业素质教育与培养,使学生能从学员平稳过渡到员工,快速适应企业的要求。 Constructional higher vocational education aims to cultivate technical skilled talents for the first line in construction industry. This requires in the process of teaching and management it should combine with social economy and the reality of production, construction, service and management, focus on the task of moral education, and establish the education mode based on professional competence, promoting students' professional habit nurture and professional literacy. In the process of training, it should pay special attention to professional morality, integrity, professional dedication, responsibility consciousness, and consciousness of observing the law and discipline. In the educational management, it should strengthen the education and cultivation of students' professional qualities, let students transform from students to employees through the three years' study, and adapt to the work and life of enterprises quickly.
