摘要
《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划纲要》提出"把提升人的发展能力放在突出重要位置",这是对我国教育供给侧结构性改革提出的新的认识和更高的要求。"人的发展能力"是自己提高自己的能力,它与"生存能力"是两个不同的概念。本研究把人的发展能力构成要素分为文化底蕴系统、心理素质系统、人格素养系统、学习能力系统、实践操作能力系统、应变创新能力系统等六个模块,提出高等院校要努力改变教育模式,课堂教学要向培养学生发展能力的方向"转型"。
The 13th five-year planning outline for national economic and social development of PRC points out that it should put the promotion of human development ability in the prominent position. This is the new understanding and higher requirement proposed for the supply-side structural reform of education in China. Human development ability is the ability to improve oneself, which is different from the survival abilityl This study divides the constituent elements of human development ability into six modules. The modules are: cultural deposits system, psychological qualities system, personality system, learning ability system, practical operation ability system and change adaptation and innovation ability system. It also points out that institutions of higher learning should try to change the education mode, and the classroom teaching should be transformed to the direction of cultivating student development ability.
