高职专科教育向应用型本科成功转型的思考——以沈阳大学应用技术学院转型发展实践为例

The Thinking of Successful Transformation from Higher Vocational Education to Applied Undergraduate Education

当前,沈阳大学应用技术学院已经实现了由高职专科教育向应用型本科教育的成功转型,这种转型是在十几年高职专科教育所奠定的坚实基础之上进行的,实现了专业转型、教学机构转型、人才培养模式转型、师资队伍转型与升级、校内实训室与校外实习就业基地扩充与升级,同时妥善处理了师生员工对应用型本科教育的认识问题、"专业不对口"教师的进修或转岗问题、校外实习就业基地的调整与衔接问题。

Shenyang university has realized the successful transformation from higher vocational education to applied undergraduate education. The transformation is conducted on the solid foundation of higher vocational education for more than ten years. It realizes the major transformation, teaching institution transformation, talent training mode transformation, teaching staff transformation and upgrade, and expansion and upgrade of campus practice room and internship employment base outside school, and it also properly solves such problems as the understanding about applied undergraduate education, the further study and post transfer of teachers whose jobs are irrelevant to their majors; and the adjustment and connection of internship employment base outside school.
