摘要
现代学徒制在各高职院校中如火如荼地开展。要有效地开展现代学徒制,高职院校需要对人才培养的各个环节进行研究与探索,而师资建设是必不可少的一环。经过大量的走访谈话、问卷调查、网上调研,经过系统整理与研究,总结出了高职现代学徒制对师资的要求,高职师资现状,并提出如何进行师资建设。
Modem apprenticeship is popular in higher vocational colleges. Every link of talent training should be researched for higher vocational colleges to implement modem apprenticeship successfully, and the teaching team construction is an indispensable one. It summarizes the requirements of modem apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges for teachers and the status quo of higher vocational teachers by systematic research. It involves visiting, questionnaires, and online investigation. It also proposes how to carry out the teaching team construction.
