摘要
目的探讨住院患者对护士站静脉输液监测系统认知与使用体验。方法 2016年5-6月,采用目的抽样法选取上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院使用输液监测系统的普外科病区10名患者为研究对象,采用质性研究中现象学研究方法对其进行半结构式深入访谈,应用Colaizzi 7步分析法分析资料。结果通过访谈共归纳出5个主题,包括输液更安心、减少无效劳动、降低铃牌噪声、减轻陪护的压力、输液监控使用中的其他体验与感受。结论输液监测系统使输液过程由被动管理转变为主动管理,减少了输液过程的不安全因素,使护士的服务更加主动,从而拉近护患关系。但作为新生事物,网络设备稳定性评估、操作流程培训与患者沟通都需要跟进。
Objective To investigate the cognition and experience of patients with intravenous infusion monitoring system in nursing station.Methods By purposive sampling method, from May to June 2016,10 patients with intravenous infusion monitoring system in general surgical unit in Xinhua Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine were selected. The phenomenological method of qualitative research and semi-structured interviews were used to perform in-depth interviews. The data were analyzed by Colaizzi 's seven-step phenomenological analysis method. The infusion satisfaction before and after the use of infusion monitoring system was evaluated. Results Five themes were summarized through interviews, including the safety of the infusion process, reducing ineffective work, reducing the bell noise, reducing the pressure of the accompanying, the experience and feeling in the use of transfusion monitoring. Conclusion The infusion monitoring system makes the infusion process change from passive management to active management, reduce the unsafe factors in the infusion process, update the nursing service, and improve the nurse-patient relationship.But as a new thing, it is important to emphasize the stability of network equipment, operation process training and patient communication.
