新媒体时代高校德育资源开发和利用策略——以安徽工程大学为例

The Strategies Analysis of Cultivating and Exploiting Moral Resources in Colleges at the New Media Era——Taking Anhui Polytechnic University as an Example

德育是高等学校育人的重要组成部分,在加强和改进大学生思想政治教育中具有重要的作用.在新媒体时代背景下,地方工科院校在德育资源的开发和利用过程中机遇和挑战并存.以安徽工程大学为例,提出了以使用新媒体为手段,传承整理优秀传统德育资源,构建德育新平台;以时代背景为主题,培育新兴德育资源,开创德育工作新风尚;以新媒体为平台,积极拓宽德育传播路径,增强育人特色;以学习新媒体为契机,全面优化德育团队,提升育人质量等一系列德育资源的开发和利用策略供高校思想政治教育工作者及辅导员参考.

Moral education is an important part of higher education.It plays an important role in the process of strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students.The opportunity and challenge of Cultivating and Exploiting Moral Resources in Local Engineering Colleges coexist in the new media era.Taking Anhui polytechnic University as an example,A series of measures are proposed,such as taking the Collection and Utilization of moral resources as a means to build a new platform of moral education;cultivating new moral resources with the background of the times as the theme to create a new style of moral education;actively expanding the moral education path with the new media platform in order to enhance the educational characteristics;optimizing the moral education team to capitalize the opportunity to learn the new media to improve the quality of moral education.The paper provides references for the ideological and political educators and instructors in Colleges and universities.
