大连自贸试验区知识产权保护法律制度研究

Study on Legal System of Intellectual Property Protection in Dalian Free Trade Zone

大连自贸试验区作为辽宁自贸试验区发展的主力军,应以积极主动的态度来不断地完善相关法律制度体系,特别是知识产权法律制度体系,以保护自贸试验区知识产权,从而促进地区经济的发展,提升试验区综合竞争力。本文从行政管理与执法体制、纠纷化解机制两个方面分析大连自贸试验区知识产权保护所面临的挑战,探讨大连自贸试验区在知识产权保护方面存在的法律问题,并提出相应的对策。

Dalian FTA test area, as the main force of the Liaoning FTA test area development, should take active attitude to constantly improve the relevant legal system, especially the legal system of intellectual property rights system, to protect the intellectual property rights, so as to promote regional economic development, enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the test area. This paper, from the two aspects of administrative management and law enforcement system, dispute resolution mechanism challenge faced by Dalian intellectual property protection trade zone, explores the legal issues existing in Dalian Free Trade Zone in the area of intellectual property protec- tion, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
