摘要
菏泽学院在应用型人才培养模式的探索与实践中,逐渐明确了人才培养的"一体两翼、三经四纬"人才培养模式改革总体设计和"12345"人才培养方案建设思路。在德育教育中,形成了"12345"德育工作思路,即:培养目标上的"一个规格",培养内容上的"两个核心",培养理念上的"三个融合",培养路径上"四位一体",培养措施上的"五个保障"。
In the exploration and practice of the training mode of applied talents,Heze University has gradually set the overall reform design of One body with two wings,Three vertical Four horizontal mode and the construction of ＂12345＂talent training program. The ＂12345＂program in moral education refers to One standard in training objective,Two cores in training content,Three combinations in cultivation idea,Four-in-one system in training path and Five guarantees in training measures.
