摘要
混凝土T梁预拱度的设置能够有效综合后期自重及短期荷载引起的正弯矩,T梁的拱度主要在T梁预制期间完成,拱度的大小能够间接反应T梁有效预应力的大小。针对云南某高速,采用Midas/Civil软件对施工期间T梁预拱度进行模拟分析,并与现场实测预拱度进行比对,分析有效预应力及其他因素对预拱度的影响,从而在T梁施工过程中,通过预拱度的大小判断有效预应力的大小,为施工提供指导。
The setup of pre - camber of concrete T - beam can effectively synthesize the positive bending moment caused by dead load at later period and short - term load. The camber of T - beam is mainly finished during the prefabrication period of T - beam, and the size of camber can indirectly reflect the size of effective prestress of T - beam. Aiming at an expressway in Yunnan, the simulation analysis on the pre - camber of T - beam during the construction is made by adopting Midas/Civil software, the comparison is made with field measurement pre - camber, and the influence of effective prestress and other factors on pre - camber is analyzed, so as to provide guidance for the construction by utilizing the size of pre - camber to judge the size of effective prestress during the construction of T - beam.
