全面护理对全髋关节置换术患者的生活质量及术后并发症的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Quality of Life and Postoperative Complications in Patients Undergoing Total Hip Arthroplasty

目的:观察全面护理对全髋关节置换术患者的生活质量及术后并发症的影响。方法:选取2012年1月-2014年1月来本院行全髋关节置换术的80例患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受全面护理。比较两组髋关节Harris评分、SF-8量表得分、并发症发生率情况。结果:研究组术后7、30 d的Harris评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);SF-8量表中PF、RP、BP、GH、VT、SF、RE、MH等各因子评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率7.5%,对照组并发症发生率25.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全面护理可以有效提升全髋关节置换术患者的生活质量,并加快患者术后的康复时间,降低患者无法下地活动可能引发的并发症,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing on quality of life and postoperative complications in patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty.Method： From January 2012 to January 2014, 80 cases of total hip replacement in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care, the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The hip Harris score, SF-8 score and complication rate of two groups were compared.Result： Harris scores of the study group at postoperative 7, 30 d were significantly better than those of the control group （P〈O.05）.PF, RP, BP, GH, VT, SF, RE, MH scores of SF-8 scale factors of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） ; the incidence of complications of the stud~） group was 7.5%, the control group was 25.0%, the difference had statistical significance （ P〈O.05 ） .Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing care can effectively improve the quality of life of the patients with total hip arthroplasty, speed up the recovery time after surgery, reduce the complications that inability to activity of the patients may lead to, it is worthy of clinical application.
