摘要
目的:探讨急诊用药过程药物管理流程系统追踪模拟对现实的意义。方法:运用追踪方法从药品物流和临床药物应用两个维度针对本院某一用药患者急诊用药过程建立模拟系统,对其药物管理相关内容进行模拟,并对存在问题进行分析,提出相应对策。结果:经对患者急诊用药过程中模拟结果显示主要存在以下几个问题:(1)医院急诊用药过程药物管理流程存在着实施细则落实不到位情况;(2)医院药品物流系统或组织方面存在风险;(3)临床药物应用存在着操作不规范情况。通过对子系统中的相关要素进行整合形成相应检查单元,优先区域管理等对策提高急诊用药过程药物管理的监督力度和管理质量。结论:通过药物管理流程系统追踪模拟研究可以全面了解急诊用药过程中药物管理纰漏,提高药物管理监督力度和管理质量,形成方便简单的急诊用药管理管理流程,对急诊用药过程中形成规范的药物管理具有重要意义。
Objective: To study the reality significance of the medicine management process simulation system tracks in the emergency medicine treatment process.Method: Tracking method was used to focus on a particular medicine patients emergency medicine process and build simulation system for the related contents in the medicine management simulation from the two dimensions of pharmaceutical logistics and clinical medicine.The problems in our hospital were analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.Result: There are several problems in the simulation results during emergency medicine treatment process. ( 1 ) The exits implementing rules can not carry out completely in the hospital emergency medicine treatment process. ( 2 ) There were risk factors in the hospital pharmaceutical logistics system and organizational aspects. ( 3 ) There were non-standard operation situation in clinical medicine application.Through some integration like relevant elements into the corresponding inspection units, priority area management and other measures to improve supervision and management quality of emergency medicine treatment.Conclusion: The medicine management system tracking simulation apply on emergency medicine management with good effect for it can make the existing flaw in the medicine management process be comprehensive understanding, improve the medicine management quality and supervision, form a convenient and simple medicine emergency management process, it has an important significance for the specification of emerzencv medicine management.
