摘要
文章通过了解高校辅导员奖励制度的现状,剖析高校辅导员奖励制度存在的问题,掌握高校辅导员奖励制度的运行机制和原则,提出辅导员奖励设置要注重从物质奖励和精神奖励相结合、辅导员奖励范畴要注重先进性和全面性相结合、辅导员奖励认定要注重公平与公正相结合、辅导员奖励宣传要注重典型性和普遍性相结合和辅导员奖励实施要注重正激励和负激励相结合。
This paper first examines ttae present rcward, oexisting problems with it. Then it discusses how to improve the reward system in accordance to its op-erational mechanism and principles. Colleges and universities should reward advisors both materiallyand spiritually, consider both the ones who do excellent jobs and the ones whose work is less visiblebut equally admirable , be fair and just, pay attention to both the typicality and the universality of therewards in their publicity and combine positive incentives with negative ones.
