高校围绕立德树人,要充分发挥研究生思政理论课的文化育人作用,全面落实研究生导师队伍责任制的"组织育人"功能,积极拓展研究生社会服务能力的"实践育人"作用,大力提升研究生学术品格与素养的"科研育人"功能,积极发挥思想政治教育在人才培养、师资队伍建设、和谐校园建设、科研创新等方面的重要作用,全面推进研究生教育综合改革,大力推动学校改革与发展。

Universities must fully realize the importance of the teaching of ideological and political the-ories, the implementation of the graduate tutors responsibility system, the expansion of graduatestudents＇ social service ability and tile development of their academic character and scientific literacyand give full play to the crucial role of ideological and political education in the talent cultivation, thefaculty team construction, the building of harmonious campus and in the scientific research and irmo-vation to actively promote the comprehensive reform of graduate education and the reform and devel-opment of the university at large.
