摘要
为进一步提升高校资助育人工作效果,促进家庭经济困难大学生成长成才和全面发展,在高校资助育人实践中需要坚持"三个同步"。即"物质济困"与"精神解困"同步推进,增强资助育人工作实效性;"群体共性"与"个体差异性"同步把控,增强资助育人工作针对性;"理性教育"与"情感教育"同步进行,增强资助育人工作亲和力。
To further enhance the results of financial aid and promote the growth and development ofthe financially -- disadvantaged college students, efforts must be made to achieve threesynchronizations in the process of granting financial aid. To be specific, relief of material poverty mustbe synchronized with relief of spiritual poverty, universality and individuality must be considered sim-ultaneously and rational education must be synchronized with emotional education.
