高职院校贫困大学生存在的问题及对策——基于广州10所高职院校的调查

Problems Needy Vocational College Students Face and Solutions to Them

通过对广州10所高职院校的部分学生和资助工作者做出整群抽样问卷调查,从贫困生和资助工作者分别随机抽样进行正式访谈,发现目前高职院校仍存在贫困生资助资金不足、资助体系不完善、贫困生的生活与心理"双贫困"及贫困生就业弱势地位等现实问题。针对高职贫困生存在的突出问题,文章提出拓宽资助与帮扶渠道、完善资助体系、加强贫困生心理扶助及建立贫困生就业帮扶长效机制等对策建议。

Cluster sampling questionnaire surveys of students and financial aid workers from 10 Guan-gzhou based vocational colleges and interviews with randomly sampled interviews with the needystudents and financial aid workers reveal that vocational colleges are challenged by problems like in-sufficient funding, faulty system, poor mentality of the needy students and their employment disad-vantage. To solve the problems, vocational colleges need to open up more funding and supportingchannels, improve the financial aid system, beef up mental support for the needy students and estab-lish a long--term employment support mechanism.
