优秀辅导员具有职业归属感较强、工作胜任力较好、工作特色化显著、理论科研水平高的角色形象特征。在优秀辅导员成长过程中,遵循着"职业认知—职业认同—职业热爱"的思想变化规律,"夯实基础—提升水平—树立品牌"的成长阶段规律,在辅导员培育过程中,要做到自我提升,内塑培育驱动机制;环境支持,外塑培育激发机制;内外联动,职业思想持续深化;个性侧重,优秀特质持续培育。
Super college advisors have common role images. They have a strong professional sense ofbelonging, and they are distinguished by their competence, their featured performance and their hightheoretical level and scientific research level. Super advisors not only understand their job but also i-dentify with it and fall in love with it. They have solid foundations, they constantly improve and theyhave a strong brand consciousness. For college advisors to excel, self--enhancement is the key, sotheir inner drive must be aroused. Supportive environment also plays a vital role, so there should begood excitation mechanism. It is important for advisors to constantly deepen their understanding oftheir work and pursue excellence without losing their individuality.
