大学生心理控制源与状态焦虑:负性情绪调节预期的中介作用

Locus of Control and State Anxiety in College Students:The Mediating Effect of Negative Mood Regulation Expectancies

为考察大学生心理控制源、负性情绪调节预期与状态焦虑之间的关系,本研究采用内控性、有势力的他人及机遇量表(IPC)、负性情绪调节预期量表、状态—特质焦虑问卷(STAI),对广州某高校400名大学生进行调查。结果显示:(1)大学生心理控制源、负性情绪调节预期和状态焦虑三者间两两显著相关;(2)心理控制源能够有效预测负性情绪调节预期和状态焦虑,负性情绪调节预期也能有效预测状态焦虑;(3)负性情绪调节预期在内控性、机遇、有势力的他人与状态焦虑间起完全中介作用。大学生的心理控制源和状态焦虑之间的相关关系是通过负性情绪调节预期来中介的。

This study aimed to explore the relationship and mechanism among locus of control,negative mood regulation expectancies and state anxiety of college students. And a survey was conducted by means of IPC（ Internality,Powerful Others,and Chance Scale）,the generalized expectancies for negative mood regulation scale,state-trait anxiety inventory of 400 college students at a university in Guangzhou randomly. The result indicated that college students＇ locus of control,negative mood regulation expectancies and state anxiety were significantly correlated with each other. While negative mood regulation expectancies and state anxiety can be predicted effectively by locus of control,the negative mood regulation expectancies also played a significantly predictive role on state anxiety. Hierarchical linear modeling showed that negative mood regulation expectancies fully worked as a mediator between state anxiety and internality,powerful others,chance respectively. And the negative mood regulation expectancies exerted a mediating effect on the correlativity between locus of control and state anxiety of college students.
