益肾蠲痛汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of Yishen Juantong decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的观察益肾蠲痛汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将90例患者平均分为实验组和对照组，每组45例，其中，对照组给予常规的中医推拿治疗，实验组在常规中医推拿治疗的基础上给予口服益肾蠲痛汤治疗。观察两组疗效。结果实验组的总有效率88．9％，明显高于对照组的71．1％，差异有统计学意义（P=0．035）。结论益肾蠲痛汤联合中医推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症（肝肾亏虚、络脉瘀阻型）疗效确切，值得推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Yishen Juantong decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into study group and control group with 45 patients in each group. The control group received conventional therapy of TCM massage, and the study group received conventional therapy of TCM massage and Yishen Juantong decoction. Then the therapeutic effect of both groups were observed. Result The total effective rate of the study group was 88.9%, which was significantly higher than 71.1% of the control group （P=0.035）. Conclusion Yishen Juantong decoction combined with TCM massage is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation （the type of liver and kidney deficiency, obstruction of collaterals）, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
