摘要
报道了N-叔丁氧羰基哌嗪的合成新工艺,以无水哌嗪和二碳酸二叔丁酯为原料,在冰醋酸介质中发生亲核取代反应,生成N-叔丁氧羰基哌嗪。讨论了反应物配比,反应温度和反应时间与收率的关系。确定了最佳反应条件:无水哌嗪和二碳酸二叔丁酯的摩尔比为1:1.0,反应温度为0~5℃,反应时间为8h,收率达64.71%。通过IR对产物进行了结构确证。
A novel synthetic process of tert-butyl piperazine-1-carboxylate by nucleophilic substitution reaction of piperazine in acetic acid with Di-tert-butyl dicarbonate was reported and the effects of the ratio of reactants,reaction temperature and the reaction time on the product yield were investigated. The results show that the optimum conditions are as following: n( piperazine) : n( di-tert-butyl dicarboxylate) = 1: 1. 0,the reaction temperature is at 0 ~ 5℃,the reaction time is 8hr. The yield was 64. 71% under optimum conditions. Its structure was determined by IR.
