摘要
综述了聚羧酸高性能减水剂的分子结构特点和几种主要合成方法:大单体与丙烯酸单体直接共聚法、聚合后接枝法和原位聚合接枝法。分析了各合成方法的优缺点,指出绿色安全、易于操作、成本较低的合成路线仍是目前值得研究的问题。
The molecular structure characteristics and several main synthetic methods of polycarboxylate high performance water reducing agent are reviewed. The methods of direct copolymerization of macro-monomer and acrylic acid monomer,grafting after polymerization and in-situ polymerization are introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of these synthetic methods are analyzed. It is pointed out that the synthetic route of green safety,easy operation and low cost is still worthy of study.
