摘要
通过对北京地区专升本学生的学业发展特征及影响因素进行调查,发现不同专升本学生群体的学业发展呈现出不同的特点,院校支持、学习投入、学业基础对专升本学生的学业发展影响显著,其中,院校提供的课程与教学内容、教师的教学行为与教学要求、学生发展目标等是影响专升本学生学业发展的关键性因素。高校应深入分析专升本学生群体的特点,加强学业分类指导,促进专升本学生的个性化和多元化发展。
By investigating the academic-development characteristics and influenced factors of the university stu- dents upgrading from junior college in Beijing the findings show that the academic development of different university students upgrading from junior college is of different characteristics and their academic development is obviously in- fluenced by university support, learning input and academic foundation, and among them the courses and teaching contents "offered by university, teacher's teaching behavior and teaching requirements as well as students' development goal are the key factors affecting their academic development of the university students upgrading from junior college. Universities should carefully analyze the characteristics of the university students and strengthen the academic classifi- cation guidance to promote the personalized and diversified development of the students.
