摘要
我国澳门教师公约是顺应教师专业化发展要求、迎合澳门教育发展需要、符应澳门教师专业化需求而缘起的,其制订历经了启动、内容咨询、文本形成及咨询、定稿公布、宣传推广五个阶段。澳门教师公约宗旨明确、定位精准、自下而上、专家引领、广泛参与、注重过程,当然,也存在一定瑕疵。
Code of ethics for teachers in Macao of China is formulated to conform to the trend of teacher's profes- sional development, to meet the needs of the development of education in Macao and the teachers' professionalization in Macao. Its formulation has gone through five stages: initiation, content consultation, text writing and consultation, final version and its release, and propaganda. With a top-down approach, the code is clear in purpose and precise in positioning, and it is expert-guided with a wide participation and focus on process. Of course, some defects still exist in the convention.
