师范生实践教学技能存在的问题及对策研究——以某省属高师院校为例 被引量:20

摘要 实践教学技能是成为优秀教师所必备的核心职业技能和职业素养。当前,师范生教学技能在课堂导入、板书、课件的制作与使用、教学语言、教学设计与实施、课堂教学等方面都存在一定的问题。高师院校培养和培训师范生的教学技能,可采取以下策略:加强指导教师队伍建设;重视教师教育课程一体化建设,加强师范生一般教学法知识和学科教学法知识的整合学习;关注并加强学科内容知识的学习;重视实践教学技能的学习和训练,及其评价机制的完善;加强师范院校与中小学实习学校的联系。 Practical teaching skills are the core vocational skills and professional qualities excellent teachers must possess. Currently, however, there exist some problems in some of normal students' teaching skills like lead-in, blackboard writing, making and application of courseware, teaching language, teaching design and implementation and classroom teaching. To train and cultivate normal students' teaching skills, the following measures can be adopted: firstly, strengthening the construction of teaching staff; secondly, laying emphasis on the integrated construction of teacher education courses, and strengthening the integrated learning of knowledge of general teaching methods and subject teaching methods; thirdly, paying attention to the learning of subject contents; fourthly, attaching importance to the learning and training of practical teaching skills; fifthly, perfecting the evaluation mechanism of training normal students' teaching skills; and lastly, enhancing the connection between normal universities and primary and middle schools where normal students practice teaching.
