摘要
中原大化集团公司的关键联锁系统的执行机构大多采用液压油驱动,如脱碳吸收塔的溶液出口阀XV05001、甲烷化炉的入口阀XV06001等.正常生产时,液压油在P01、P02液压油泵的驱动下,通过油管进入液压闸阀的上部,通过电磁阀带动错油门,推动活塞使阀开或关.在油管管道上装有油压高报警开关PSHA06006、油压低报警开关PSLA06007和油压低联锁开关PSLL06008,其信号引入PLC,通过PLC控制油泵电机的运转,从而控制油压.
