自动浆粕上料车机械结构研究与分析

摘要 为了降低人工成本,实现浆粕自动化输送,提出一种新型自动浆粕上料车结构方案,浆粕被料夹夹紧、抬升到一定高度,然后料夹旋转、料车行走,把料运送到输送机上,料夹旋转及料车平移采用电机驱动。利用D-H参数法计算了料夹的位姿矩阵,通过有限元分析软件ANSYS对浆粕上料车主要受力部件旋转齿轮进行了力学分析与优化,实践表明,在此基础上研制的自动浆粕上料车运行良好,为黏胶短纤的全自动化生产线开发做了前期准备。 In order to realize the automatic pulp conveying, to reduce labor cost, a new structure design on automatic feed pulp vehicle is put forward. The pulp was clamped, lifted up to a certain height, and then was rotated, carried on the conveyor. Rotating clamped pulp and vehicle walking in translation were done by motor driving. Using the D-H parametric method to calculate the pose ma- trix of material cage, by using finite element analysis (FEA) software ANSYS, the mechanical analysis and optimization of the main loading parts in rotating gear of vehicle were carried out. The practice shows that the designed automatic feed pulp vehicle operation effect is good, which provides a preliminary preparation for developing a full automatic production line on viscose fiber.
