超声振动辅助铣削钛合金的表面完整性研究 被引量:8

摘要 对超声振动辅助铣削TC4钛合金进行试验研究,从表面三维粗糙度、棱边质量及残余应力三个方面分析了超声电流及工艺参数对钛合金加工表面完整性的影响规律。试验结果表明:超声振动的辅助作用对TC4钛合金的表面完整性影响较为显著;高频振动冲击虽然增大了TC4钛合金表面的三维算数平均偏差和均方根偏差,但表面均匀程度和液体滞留性能得到改善,易于形成较为统一的表面纹理;超声振动辅助不仅可抑制TC4钛合金棱边毛刺的产生,并且能有效增大表面残余压应力。 The experiment of ultrasonic vibration assisted milling TC4 titanium alloy is carried out. Three dimensional roughness, edge quality and residual stress are selected for investigating the influence of ultrasonic current and milling parameters on surface integrity. The results show that the surface integrity is affected significantly by ultrasonic vibration. While three dimensional roughness average and root mean square is enlarged by impact of high frequency vibration. Howev- er, the surface evenness and lubricant retention 'performance are improved, and the uniform surface texture is easier to form. Besides,the assistant of uhrasonic vibration can not only restrain the edge burr effectively, but also increase the residual compression stress.
