摘要
为同时实现机床操作和成形仿真以及预测二并联机床刃磨麻花钻的钻头形状,通过VB和MATLAB的混合编程,在VB的图形用户界面中调用MATLAB函数,开发出便捷的人机界面。在机床控制界面中输入机床的各个运动参数,得到刃磨后的麻花钻钻头三维仿真图形,并将VB的界面开发优势和MATLAB强大的计算功能相结合,充分发挥各自的优势,实现二并联机床控制界面的多功能开发。
To make the machine operation and forming simulation, the drill bit shape of the twist drill based on biglide parallel machine is predicted. To develop a convenient man-machine interface, the MATLAB function is used in VB graphical interface by the mixed programming of Matlab and VB. Three-dimensional simulation of the twist drill bit after sharpe- ning are obtained by inputting various motion parameters of the machine tool in control interface. Combined the interface development of VB with the function of Matlab in calculation, the multi-functional development of control interface based on biglide parallel machine are realized.
