It is a typical obscure incident to give a check and judgment on the mixed ability for the TVU branches.The mixed ability of the TVU branches is based not only on the portion of various indexes that should be considered but also the assessment made by the experts.Thus the obscure maths should be introduced.It can increase the diaphaneity and the publicity and make the result of the check and judgment more scientific and reasonable.
