天津市土地集约利用与产业结构高级化关系探讨

Discussion on Relationship Between Land Intensive Use and Industrial Structure in Tianjin City

研究产业结构高级化与土地集约利用之间的相互关系对优化土地资源配置和协调产业结构布局具有重要意义。基于天津市1995—2014年的面板数据,构建土地集约利用评价体系,分别测算天津市土地集约利用度和产业结构层次系数;运用脉冲响应函数分析天津市土地集约利用水平和产业结构高级化之间的相互影响关系;通过拟合两者最优函数,确定目前两者的作用状态。结果表明:天津市土地集约利用程度和产业结构水平不断上升,长期来看天津市产业结构高级化对土地集约利用有较强的正向促进作用,土地集约利用对产业结构高级化影响较小且较稳定,目前天津市正处于产业结构高级化对土地集约利用正向促进时期。

It was of great significance to study the relationship between land intensive utilization and the optimization of the industrial structure for earth resources distribution and coordinating industrial structure. Based on panel data of 1995 - 2014 in Tianjin, this paper built the evaluation system for the intensive utilization of land, and calculated the degree of land intensive utilization and the level coefficient of industrial structure adjustment, then analyzed the relationship between the level of land intensive use and the optimization of the industrial structure in Tianjin by impulse response function. Finally, determined the current state of them by fitting the optimal function, which showed that the intensified utilization degree of land and the level of industrial structure in Tianjin were increasing, and the impact on land intensive utilization had a stronger positive role in promoting in a long run, and Tianjin was in the promotion stage at present. However, the intensive use of land had little and a stable influence on the high level of in- dustrial structure.
