县域交通优势度与经济发展水平空间耦合——基于辽宁省44个农业县的定量分析 被引量:11

County Transportation Superiority Degree and Level of Economic Development Space Coupling——Based on Quantitative Analysis of 44 Agricultural Counties in Liaoning Province

摘要 以辽宁省44个农业县单元为研究对象,从交通网络密度、区域交通可达性和区位优势度三个方面构建区域交通优势度评价指标体系,并在综合利用熵权TOPSIS法测度辽宁省44个农业县经济发展水平的基础上,对其各农业县交通优势度与经济发展水平耦合度、协调度进行分析。结果表明:(1)辽宁省各农业县经济发展水平差异明显,经济发展水平较高地区主要集中在辽宁省沿海经济带和沈阳经济区附近。(2)辽宁省农业县交通优势度整体差异较大,西北部和东部县域交通优势度水平较低,水平较高区域主要集中分布于辽宁省沿海经济带、沈阳经济区和京哈、哈大客运专线沿线地区。(3)辽宁省农业县经济发展水平与交通优势度水平耦合度较高,且交通优势度水平越高的地区县域经济越发达,表明交通优势对区域经济具有较强的带动与促进作用,但各农业县经济发展水平与交通优势度协调度较低,说明交通促进区域经济发展的重大优势仍未得到充分发挥。 Based on the 44 agricultural county units in Liaoning Province, the evaluation index system of regional traffic dominance was construct- ed from traffic network density, regional traffic accessibility and location dominance. In the comprehensive utilization of entropy weight TOPSIS method for Liaoning Province, this paper analyzed the coupling degree and coordination degree of the traffic superiority and economic development level of each county on the basis of the economic development level of the county. The resuhs showed: OThe level of agricultural county economic develop- ment in Liaoning Province was obviously different, and the higher level of economic development was mainly concentrated in the coastal economic zone of Liaoning Province and near the Shenyang Economic Zone. QThe overall advantage of agricultural county traffic in Liaoning Province was quite dif- ferent, and the level of traffic dominance in the northwest and eastern counties was low, and the higher level was mainly distributed in the coastal eco- nomic zone of Liaoning Province, Shenyang Economic Zone and Beijing, Harbin and Kazakhstan. (~)The level of economic development and the level of traffic dominance in Liaoning Province were higher, and the higher the level of traffic dominance was, the higher the regional economy was, and the traffic superiority had a strong influence on the regional economy but the level of economic development and the superiority of traffic in cities and counties was low, which showed that the major advantages of traffic promotion to regional economic development was not fully exploited.
