骶髂关节复合体损伤治疗方法的研究进展

骶髂关节复合体是连接脊椎与骨盆的重要结构,由骨盆后部的骨-韧带结构组成,主要作用是将躯体负荷向下传导,保持其稳定性对于骨盆的功能具有重要意义。随着建筑业及交通业发展,高能量暴力导致的骶髂关节复合体损伤不断增加,对于这类损伤治疗方法较多,包括外科手术治疗、非手术治疗,但疗效不一。本文主要对骶髂关节复合体损伤的治疗方法进行总结及分析。

Sacroiliac complex is an important structure connecting the spine and pelvis,and is composed of bones and ligaments at the back of the pelvis.Its main function is to transmit the body load downward,and keeping its stability is important for the function of the pelvis.With the development of construction and transportation industry,rates of sacroiliac complex lesions caused by high-energy violence are increased.Treatments for this type of injury include surgical treatment and conservative treatment,which have different curative effect.This paper summarizes and analyzes the main treatment means of sacroiliac joint complex injury.
