摘要
目的观察克痢痧胶囊(白芷、苍术、石菖蒲等)对乙酸性结肠炎大鼠的影响。方法 70只大鼠随机分成正常组,模型组,蒙脱石散组,柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)组,克痢痧胶囊低、中、高剂量组。除正常组外,其他6组小鼠采用10%乙酸溶液灌肠建立溃疡性结肠炎模型。给药14 d后,观察一般情况及粪便状态,ELISA法测定第1、10、14天的血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α、EGF水平,并于第15天观察大鼠结肠黏膜损伤,评价损伤指数(CMDI)。结果克痢痧胶囊各剂量组结肠黏膜炎症情况较模型组改善,但不如SASP组明显。第10、14天,血清中IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平在克痢痧胶囊各剂量组中均高于在SASP组中,其中低剂量组与SASP组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。第10、14天,克痢痧胶囊各剂量组血清EGF水平均低于蒙脱石散组,但高于SASP组,其中高剂量组与SASP组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论克痢痧胶囊对乙酸性结肠炎大鼠的作用优于蒙脱石散,但不如SASP。
AIM To observe the effects of Kelisha Capsules( Angelicae dahuricae Radix,Atractylodis Rhizoma,Acori tatarinowii Rhizoma,etc.) on rats with acetic acid colitis. METHODS Seventy rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Montmorillonite Powder group,sulfasalazine( SASP) group,low-,medium-and high-dose of Kelisha Capsules groups. Except for the normal group,10% acetic acid solution was injected into the anus of rats in another six groups to establish model for ulcerative colitis. After administration for fourteen days,general conditions and status of feces were observed,the levels of serum IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α and EGF were measured on the 1st,10 th,14thdays by ELISA. After the 15 thday,the injury to colon mucosa of rats was observed,and damage indexes were evaluated. RESULTS Compared with the model group,the inflammatory condition of colon mucosa in the Kelisha Capsules groups was improved,which was less obvious than that in the SASP group.Compared with the SASP group,the levels of serum IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α in the Kelisha Capsules groups were increased on the 10^(th),14^(th) days,and the difference between the low-dose group and the SASP group had statistical significance( P 0. 05). Compared with the Montmorillonite Powder group,the level of serum EGF in the Kelisha Capsules groups was decreased on the 10 th,14thdays,which was higher than that in the SASP group,and the difference between the high-dose group and the SASP group had statistical significance( P 0. 05).CONCLUSION The effect of Kelisha Capsules on rats with acetic acid colitis is better than that of Montmorillonite Powder,but is not as effective as that of SASP.
