摘要
对苯甲酸进行了简单的综述,分析了苯甲酸的生成、代谢、形成机理,并探讨了黄酒中苯甲酸的形成原因与本底含量。
In this paper, the formation and the metabolism of benzoic acid in yellow rice wine were introduced. Besides, its formation mechanism was explored, and its background content in yellow rice wine was discussed.
