“新常态”下中国房地产市场价格态势及对策分析
摘要
当前是房地产供给侧改革的关键时期,自2013年我国经济进入新常态以来,房价波动较大,当前房价也呈现新常态,因此文章研究了当前房价的基本态势,并基于宏观调控思考了一些对策,仅供参考。
