摘要
静电纺丝是目前制备纳米纤维的一种高效方法。采用无溶剂的熔体静电纺丝工艺制备超细纤维,对材料性能要求苛刻。介绍了高分子材料的改性及其在熔体静电纺丝领域的应用,重点阐述了材料改性对于静电纺丝制得的纤维直径的细化作用,总结近年来国内外通过材料改性来细化纤维的方法及成果,并对其发展提出一定的见解。
Electrospinning is an efficient method for preparation of nano fibers. Meh electrospinning process can be carried out without solvent, and has very strict requirement on the performance of the materials. The modification of polymer materials and its application in the field of melt eleetrospinning are introduced. The effect of material modification on the fiber diameter of electrostatic spinning is discussed. Method and results of refining fiber through material modification in recent years are summarized and some ideas on its development are put forward.
