摘要
为减少三维剑杆织机织造过程中的人工参与,提高三维织造的自动化程度进而提高织造效率,通过比较现有三维剑杆织机织造工艺和设备的优缺点,设计出一种全新的三维剑杆织机。详细描述了新型三维剑杆织机各个机构的功能,并结合设计图阐述了其织造过程,结果认为,利用该新型三维剑杆织机,可提高三维织造的灵活性,具有较好的应用前景。
In order to reduce the artificial participation in the process of 3D weaving loom, and to improve the automation of 3D weaving process and the weaving efficiency, by comparing the existing 3D weaving loom' s advantages and disadvantages of technology and equipment, a new three-dimensional rapier loom is designed. The function of each structure in the new 3D rapier loom is described and the weaving process is described combined with the design chart. The new 3D rapier loom can improve the flexibility of 3D weaving, which has a better application prospect.
