摘要
采用假捻集聚赛络纺纱技术,设计试纺19.4、14.6、11.7 tex大麻/棉混纺纱,每种纱线设计3种不同的捻系数,分别测试所纺纱线条干、强力、毛羽等指标。结果表明:随着成纱线密度的增加,假捻集聚赛络纱线条干变好、强力增高;随着捻度的降低,纱线强力降低,条干差异不明显。针对大麻/棉假捻集聚赛络混纺纱试纺过程中毛羽增多和断头增加的问题,通过改进细纱机部件来进行改善。试验结果可为批量开发大麻/棉假捻集聚赛络混纺纱提供理论与实践依据。
The hemp/cotton blended yams of 19.4, 14.6, 11.7 tex with three different twist factor are designed and manufactured using false-twist gathering Siro spinning technology, and the indexes of yams including evenness, strength and hairiness are tested. The results show that the yams have better evenness and higher strength with increasing of yam density, and lower strength and no obvious differeneein yarn evenness with decreasing of yarn twist. In the spinning process, adjustment of the components in spinning frame can reduce hairiness and breakage to improve the quality of the yarn. The proposed technology can provide the theory and practice basis for the large-scale development of gathering Siro blended yam of hemp/cotton with false twist.
