摘要
为提高Vectran长丝的可织性,利用自制的摩擦仪模拟了上机织造对纱线的摩擦作用,从纱线规格、纱线前处理以及试验条件3个方面,研究了影响Vectran长丝耐磨性能的各种因素。试验结果表明:线密度与Vectran长丝耐磨性能成正比;预加张力及摩擦速度与耐磨性成反比;低捻度能提高Vectran长丝的耐磨性能,高捻度会严重劣化其耐磨性能;上浆有助于提高Vectran长丝的耐磨性能;纱线的耐磨性能与针钩直径密切相关。
In order to improve the weaving performance, the factors of abrasion resistance of Veetran filaments are analyzed. A self-made yarn abrasion set-up is used to simulate the abrasion resistance of weaving. From the aspects of yarn, yarn pre-treatment and test conditions to study the various factors of influence the abrasion resistance of Vectran filament yarn. The results show that the abrasion resistance of Vectran filament yarn is proportional to the line density and the test speed, the abrasion resistance is inversely proportional to the pretension and test speed, the low-twist can increase the abrasion resistance of the Vectran filaments, and high-twist has a serious deterioration, sizing can significantly improve abrasion resistance of Vectrau filament yarn, the abrasion resistance of the yarn is also closely related to diameter of needle hook.
